It's like Leg Wrap but instead of lletting the yo go around your legs U let it go around Ur... ...Head...

You mean exactly like leg wrap or where you turn around like Paul Han in his 2007 freestyle?
If the former, here's how it goes, if right handed you want the yoyo swinging clockwise and you will be trying to loop it around your neck and unloop it by reversing the direction of the tie. 2A yoyoers do this with there arms all the time.
So having the yoyo go in a clockwise motion of right handed, have one loop around your neck with the yoyo traveling in front of you. then once the yoyo has gone around once, pull your head far back enough so the yoyo can travel behind you. that will change the direction of the loop and untie it from your neck.

Practice with a dead yoyo not moving with inertia, but instead move it through each step while holding it.
