Keep your hands directly above eachother.
Your bottom hand should stay completely still
Your top hand should move up and down only, not back and forth.

To practice, put the yo on the front string, then by pulling your top hand straigh up, bounce it to the back string and rest. Then bounce back to the front and rest. Once you get the hang of that you can start putting it together.

Dont go too fast. It took me a good week of practicing to get this one down propperly - dont give up!

I don't know why but the yoyo misses the string every time. What should I do to fix this?

To be honest, its all about practice. It took me a few days to be able to get the boing e boing perfect. Nothing comes without hard work.

Your hand sort of has its own memory. The more you do things, the more your hands will be in tune to doing it well. Don't give up after several hours. Just practice practice practice. I know it doesn't seem like a lot of good advice, but believe me, for a trick like this, its the best advice to take.

I used to mess that up awhile ago. Go ahead and put all 4 fingers in the loop. it keeps your hands nice and centered. eventually you will learn to move away from that once you get a better feel for the trick.

Slow down, just bounce from the back string to the front slowly, and practice it until you can do that before you try doing full boings
