Thread: Kickside, Lyn Fury, or Speedmaker?

excellent review, helped me alot. I don't know very much of those yoyo's and now I do, so thanks 4 that.

If it is second hand it has most likely had a satin finish applied to it - it'll grind better.

ive never tried speedmaker, but ive tried a journey. they are all great, but id have to say lyn fury > kickside > journey IMO. the kickside is a close 2nd tho.

I would get the speedmaker but I cant find a site that has them in stock, help please

Still, hard to decide between the kickside and speedmaker, half the people say ones good and the other half say the other.

That's the beauty of it all. It's all preference. Frankly I don't care for the speedmaker all that much. I think I had a kickside once and traded that too. My personal favorite in that range is the journey. Oops, another choice...

well now that you can order only 1 yoyo internationally off theyostore. should i get the kickside or the speedmaker first?

kickside every time. I dont think the speedmaker's shape lends itself too well to a beginner

Yes, I agree. Im not sure if you have looked around, but man...many! people like hte kickside. So it's obviously a good player. Universal you could call it. Speeder is good, but kickside is just all out better <-opinion =p

because, and this might just be me, but I think the speeder totally blows the kickside away.

i'm sure he meant the speedmaker, they're easily mixed up.

I have a kickside and it is one of my favorites, very smooth. My hand just gravitates towards it.

well all thats left now is to add Legacy onto it.

And a Journey.
