True , I dont know where it comes from but id ont get it very often at all.. Not putting it all on one store.. but ya just sayin.

why would it be the store's fault? Wouldn't it be the manufacturers fault? The stores don't ding the yos, thats for sure.

mine was like scuffed up and stuff so i took some 400 grade sand paper to polish it up and also made it one heck of a grinder

I have a yoyo store and we carry YYJ I can tell you for sure some of them just come with dings from shipping. I would imagine its because of handeling in the company and production seriously its no big deal at all you will never keep it perfect even if you get it that way if you use it on a regular basis,
