This is possibly the most self-indulgent yo-yo video you'll ever see from me, but I think the trick content is solid enough to be worth your minute. I've never been much for long combos, so here are a few tricks with one string hit or less. Yeah, it's almost all quickmounts – they look simple, but I'm really proud of them, and I think some other people might like to see them, too. The first trick ("Condors") could have a lot of applications in 2A, too, unless it already exists... and if it does, could somebody let me know?
Anyways. I don't think I'd call this a full-blown clip, on account of it was shot/edited/scored in one day using the built-in iSight webcam on my Macbook, so you could think of it as a trick mixtape if you want. A lot of the tricks are kind of love letters to the 3A family, and you can probably pick out specific influences from Hank, Kentaro, Paul, and Jun.
It's processing on yoyoing right now, but here's the youtube link:

Feedback is always appreciated, and thanks for watching.
(Why's it self-indulgent? For one thing, I filmed while being directly backlit by the sun. And I wrote and recorded the music on a Ukulele, an instrument which I have only been playing for about five days now. I mean, I totally love it, but I'm a narcissist, and I apologize if you can't see anything or if the tinkling soundtrack gets on your nerves. Haha. love you all!)

I don't know the slightest thing about 3A other than that it is very, very hard. But I do know that this video was extremely good and definitely something special.
Awesome work Drew. :]

Sigh, I can't get the sound to work on this computer. Cool video though, I can't wait to hear it too.
Yoyodork, you don't need 2 of the same yoyo for 3A. You just need 2 yoyos. Go for it!

That was so beautiful. I've been trying to learn some 3A, so I'd like to think I have a better appreciation of how hard it is now, and man, that was amazing. The music fit perfectly, it completed the video. "Winter Slammed Us Like a Fist" is an amazing trick name also.

Yeppers tricks don't often have names like that these days.
Beaut video. Intense and mellow somehow. I can't pretend to understand how you do those tricks. Superb."Your tongues can't repel flavour of that magnitude!" - Admiral Ackbar
