I was wondering if you would be interested in buying what I call the integrated spacer system....

It is a bearing seat that has been fashioned so that if you tap a 1/4-20 hole in a yoyo half, and cut a small indentation for the bearing, you'll have a ready made bearing seat.

I call it the integrated spacer system because the axle actually runs through the spacer.

So to put it in a yoyo, you would have an 8-32 axle that would thread into these, and you would put a bearing between them, then screw them into the yoyo halves.

I'm just testing the waters here. I need to get my lathe paying for itself XD.

They stuck this in the bst at YYN. I said my piece there. Hopefully they put it back in the modders section. Great ingenuity.

Having two axles, the 1/4 and the 8/32, seems a little redundant. This also looks like a rebirth of the old G5/Grind Mutant 2 axle.

This would be for a small bearing in plastic that can't hold small enough threads.

It is different in that it uses two independent bearing seats that can be threaded into each half of the yoyo, rather than the axle being the seat.

Sorry I haven't been able to get the pictures up...

I've made a few design changes to make them stronger and easier to make, so I'm still working out the kinks.

    You mean an AXYS system?

No, not really.. it doesn't save any substantial amount of work. Cutting a bearing seat takes all of 30 seconds in most cases. If you can accurately drill/tap a yo-yo and cut a precise hole for this, you can do a bearing seat just as easy.
You can argue with me, but you'll still be wrong.
