Thread: Nubbies!

Alright, after an hour in home depot and walking by it 3 times. I got them.

They are size #10 Rubber Screw Protectors. #8 is red and works as well, just a tighter fit.

They are longer, as you can see in these pics:





But, once you cut them down, they work great!

These are not the exact same as the ones that come with Yoyofactory yoyos, but they do the job very well, and are very similiar(same material, everything, just slightly different sizing)

I feel these grip the post slightly better, less chance of them falling off.

Also, heat shrink tubing, I had thoughts about how that would work, but that would be if your probably never gonna use your hubstacks again.

Whee! I looked for about an hour online looking for some. But it's hard to find stuff when you don't know what it's called... I thought it'd be more of an electrical part. =]

did the #8 fit better than the #10s? need tah know, as i haven't got any real nubs to compare them to.

#10's fit the best.
