    get some pliers, and pinch them very carefully around the bearings, then wiggle up and down.

    if its a metal yo, put a shirt over it before the pliers though, so if you slip, it doesnt mess the coating up.

    If you are trying not to put undue stress on the bearing I've used dental floss. Slip it under the bearing (you may need a sewing pin to ease it into the base of the bearing). Sounds nuts I know but I couldn't bring myself to using pliers for the bearing on my Envy.

    Wooow, lot's of fresh blood. Maybe I'm right about a small scale boom? It's exciting!

    Anyways, yeah, plyers. Once the plastic seat loosens up you'll be able to use your teefes, and like in the case of my kickside, it'll stop snaping in and you can just pull it out.
