How exactly is it "broke"?
If its become unresponsive you may just need to learn to bind properly, or lube up the bearing.
If you've pulled it out, you can always stick it back in again as long as its not ripped.
If its ripped, then you've gotta buy new ones. OR make your own.
Have a look at making shox pads, they're in the sticky.

You can't afford a few bucks? Im sure someone is willing to lend you a couple bucks.
If not, there are a few ways to make them too. This is when problem solving become innovative... experiment with house hold items. I once made pads out of ducttape.

i hear you can put hot glue in that area but that might only be 888s with a silicone groove

Also I used this on another thread I have heard you can use Teflon tape cut in a circle.
