How exactly is it "broke"?

If its become unresponsive you may just need to learn to bind properly, or lube up the bearing.

If you've pulled it out, you can always stick it back in again as long as its not ripped.

If its ripped, then you've gotta buy new ones. OR make your own.

Have a look at making shox pads, they're in the sticky.

You can't afford a few bucks? Im sure someone is willing to lend you a couple bucks.

If not, there are a few ways to make them too. This is when problem solving become innovative... experiment with house hold items. I once made pads out of ducttape.

Cut a piece into the shape of a pad then stick it in your yo...i'm sure you could have figured that out on your own.

That would be scissors or a knife

Or you can have a freak-of-nature g.5 that has good binds without pads like me... maybe i just dinged it and the bearing only semi-locked up... whatever.

Its going to look damn ugly with scissors / a knife. But it'll work.

Also I used this on another thread I have heard you can use Teflon tape cut in a circle.
