    ive just started up string making, ive got the method of making them down very well, im going to get some polly thread tomorrow. whats the best thread for strings to turn out soft with some bounce? i know of many brands such as surelock thread, overlock thread, serger thread ect. but to all you string makers out there which do you prefer and why?

    Maxi lock is the way to go... but it is not an easy aquisition...
