i used some sockets, and i found that they make pretty good counterweights... has anyone else tried this? i am planning on getting some plastikote, and puting spraying it on it too, so it doesnt ding my yo.. i dont know if everyone will like them, because they are heavy, but i like a heavy counterweight

Looks heavy, slow, awkward, dangerous, and just inefficient, imo
Also looks like it will own your yoyo more than a regular cw...
Ill stick with my dice, thanks.

yeah, it is quite heavy, but i like them heavier... and i covered it in old string, so it doesnt mess up my yo until i get the plasticote stuff that makes the surface rubberier

theonly drawback I see is collisions with the counterweight.
But the plus size is you can find the perfect weight you want. Also easy attaching to the string.I used to think that the brain was the most wonderful organ in my body. Then I realized who was telling me this. - Emo Philips

i put string around the cw, to help with collisions.. next time i go to walmart i am gonna get the rubbery plastikote stuff, to spray on it and it will make it rubbery
