Alrighty -
1. 14 strings does not make too thick of a string IMO
about as thick as cotton...but the string I make is for 4a, I use 10 strings for 1a strings
2. I hold on to the drill, and let the board slide towards you 10 inches, I kindof explained that, but not much.
3. Kenny, string making does take a lot of time...about 3-4 mintues to make a string for me, but Paul wallace can do like 20 in 10 mintues.
It is pretty time consuming, but If I get going, I can make a 100 in an afternoon.


Its also kindof rewarding making your own string and junk.
Ima go make some now!

when i was making string i had a rig that spun 5 strings at a time but now im lazy and buy string lol
