Thread: Response problem

I got my Bare Bones today, and I love it, but it is still to responsive after a while of play. I remember my GTO needed some play to make it unresponsive, but I don't think it took this long.

I put a small drop of thin lube in the bearing when I got it. Have I not played with it enough yet?

probably not...it may take longer than a few hours of play to really break in the bearing and pads...I'd give it a few days to see if it gets any better...if not, clean the bearing or maybe switch the pads to something less responsive...

ive already played with mine for almost a week. The friction stickers are pretty much dead, but the bearing is still not even close to breaking in. but im just going to keep playing it.
