Hey guys, just got my FHZ and have some questions about the response of it.

I removed 1 of the friction stickers, and put the brass spacers in, but it is still on a tug response.

I would like to lower it enough so that it stops busting me in the knuckles, or is that just a part of freehand?

Also, the spin time on my fhz seems very short, certainly not long enough to pull of any combos... is that just going to come with practice?

What suggestions do you have to adjust the response to make it a little bit lower.

    Thanks

if brass spacers and only one friction sticker is still too responsive, try a different, less responsive friction sticker (Dif's, Kentaro's. etc) and/or clean the bearing...

the pads I mentioned can be purchased at TheYoStore, and for bearing tips, check out the link at the top of the page...

    hope this helps...

    clean and lightly lubed bearin'

after breakin' the dif pad in some, the yo was more or less ded unresponsive.

Just what is it you are trying to do. I don't understand your question.
