About LinkBacksYo guys... i was wondering what size to make that there document in photoshop when im making the cap... furthermore what do you guys use to cut them out... i can guess you have seen a buttload of these type of question and sorry about it but thanks for the coming feedback...

make the document 2 inches by 2 inches, and then when you use the circular marquee tool, set the style to fixed size and make the fixed size 1.75 inches by 1.75 inches, since the cap is that size.
