i run mine half open with a dry bearing w/o shims. a kk really does make a difference.

i'll run mines when i get it in the mail lol, i'll give it 2 red shims, and possibly either give it a dry cleaning, or stick in my kk from my hitman

try a konkave bearing.or try other cleaning fluids.
