    I have real YoYoJam THIN LUBE but just out of curiosity would skateboard company thin lube work?

    i dont skate so i dno, but the lubes required for skate bearings tend to be thicker than you would need for a yo.

    If you lubed up a skateboard with the same setup as a yoyo you would go like sh** off a shovel

    i have tried speed cream skate lube... that was thick, but smooth. and it took like 2 weeks for a pin tip to burn out. so long lasting...

    He might be lying about it being YOYOJAM thin lube. Sounds to me like he used skateboard bearing lube on his yoyo bearing. It slowed the yo down, so he made the original thread. The answer is all he has to do is clean the bearing in paint thinner.

    o and by the way, my brother skates and he has a kit and i found the lube in the kit also after i posted tis thread, i decided to try the skateboard lube out on my speed beetle bearing to see if it WOULD work

    It's elementary, my dear.

    Oh and tell your brother to ditch the lube. WD40 works the best on my skate bearings.

    The water dries because of the friction on the wheel, so it works in skateboarding.
