Thread: might be the reason mail is slow

well Its been two weeks Ive been waiting for my tank, and I asked my mom and she said that since Bush recently sent more men into Iraq, the US is sending more supplies overseas which could slow the mail system.

Yeah, it might not be true but I was just throwing it out there. Do you guys think that this might be the reason mail is slow? Is it even slow for other people?

No the U.S. postal system jets are not used to move military packages.
The U.S. military has it own postal system.
Now if we had a real war lets say with Russia and China who good old George Bush is ticking off right now. Under the wars act all comercial ships and airplane that our own by United States companys can be ordered to be used as cargo planes and troop carriers. They can tear down a passenger jet for cargo use in a matter of hours.
You school kid's would learn all about weekly duck and cover air raid drills.
Just load's fun to do crouched under desk that would not support the Fat lady at the circus.

but for me mail's slow (us to singapore) cos i've got a replacement hitman from andre and it's been about 2 weeks, but i'll wait. and then one of my other yo's got lost in the mail..

did you send it 2 weeks ago? cuz thats kinda different.it'll have gotten there by now probably, but i ve heard cases where it takes 3 or 4 weeks in the states.who knows?

it sucks im still waiting for my kickside and it almost the fourth week but it wasnt the yostore i ordered from. from now on im never doing buisiness with [another store] ever again

slotsurfer is 50 percent correct...The military uses the usps with it's own postal carrying system....let me tell you... when I was in Iraq my family would send a letter everyday, you would think that I would get one every day too right?..no...some days I got one, then none, then 15, then 1 again....I am telling you the military doesn't slow down the usps...they slow their own system down..
