Learning different styles :) except for 2a and 3a.. :-p I tried 3a today and i can happily say i can bind both the yoyos back and do plastic whip withboth of them.. thats as far as ive gotten:) I have to say apart from 2a one of the most agitating styles to learn is offstring.. cause i have to keep picking up the yoyo over and over and over again each time i miss a whip. but i guess the more i practice the less i miss. Also watching top players like yuuki or mikhail or mickey makes me want to yoyo and get even better.. inspiration;-) I also like to yoyo in public alot to get some people's attention and get them into it:) But there are also those times where i just want to be alone with me and my yoyo.

Always have a yo in your pocket; there's tons of times you'll have a spare thirty seconds you can try to work something out - waiting in line at the store, waiting for the elevator, walking from here to there, whatever.
And if you're lucky enough to have other yo'ers in your town, join/start a club.

yeah i know i do that sometimes but it feels weird like everyone looks at you and stuff...kinda makes me wana hide in my shell...standing in line at the maket yoyoing...can sometimes make the wait a bit longer due to the fact everyone stops what they are doing to see the "SHOW" you have just created.

is this the full body of the post? i'm hoping that the next part was "because i can use my talent to help them get better, thus making them feel good while gratifying myself. after all, it's much more fun yoyoing with other people, and who cares about being better than everybody else in a small environment when i can have rewarding social interaction instead?"

For me, what keeps me going, is the ability, to amaze people with things that i see as 'easy' as well as the feeling of knocking down your latest combo, with a near stock FHZ.

Cant really explain it over the internet, but for me it comes from inside. I'm aways hungry and inspired to be the best. If im not throwing than Im not getting any better, and I know someone out in this huge world is steppin their game up. I shouldnt even be on the internet right now.

I usually just throw the yo and say "I wonder if this is possible." I come up with many tricks and such right on the spot. I also sometimes tell people at my club that I came up with a new trick and then I throw the yo and make it up in front of them. I also find enjoyment in teaching "younger yoers" some of my old tricks that helped me along the way. Not only do I learn new tricks from my old tricks, but I like to see people learn different things, especially when they aren't "tricks" like kamakazi.

If at first you don't succeed, go ahead and secede!
