i don't know if i should post this here or not but i guess i'll do it anyway. i'm going to florida next week and and i'm gonna be flying and of coarse i want to bring yos. do you think i should bring them in my carry on bag or keep them in my suitcase. i'm only thinking about bringing them in my carry on because my flight is going to detroit and then going to florida and i don't want tohave them possibly not get to florida with me or if my flight is delayed i'm gonna want to sit around and throw. but with all the weird secruity measures, will they try to say it's a weapon or something...i mean they are telling you that you can't take a nailfiler in your carry on. so i'm askin for those who have flown in the last couple months, what should i do?

take them on as a carry-on (hand luggage) u will prob be asked questions and they might need to do a little search but its nothing, as long as you dont take any little tools on like pins or other things you'll be fine.

Your tremendous guide to whats happening, yadamean....

wow you guys are lucky. I had a not-very-good experience at Sydney airport.
I had only one yoyo and a few strings in my hand carry bag. They had a random check right before you get on board. I was chosen and they took away the strings. They said it can be dangerous because it may be used to tie someone's throat!!$#%$#!~ they'll return to me at the end of the flight. well what can i say. lucky they didn't see the actual yoyo. i can use the string on the yoyo to tie their throat......

Carry on is fun, I brought my case, and when It went through, they said it looked like a bomb. So I had to open it and do tricks. And By tricks, I mean I did a Nivik's Heart thing. And then closed it. :P
