Jeez guys. Your insulting someones art!
Personaly, I love JD's style. I think that the lyn looks great. Apparently, im not alone.Zapp Brannigan: The key to victory is discipline, and that means a well made bed. You will practice until you can make your bed in your sleep.
Fry: You mean while I'm sleeping in it?
Zapp Brannigan: You won't have time for sleeping soldier, not with all the bed making you'll be doing.

Well thats A ok with me if you don't like my art (and no need to apologize either :)) - thats why my caps are replaceable and my styles vary from cap to cap (within the customers needs). I'd rather have you guys tell me you don't like it then tell me you do and not mean it.
Thats why I also have a cap site http://caps.yoyofreaks.com - just resize and print out to fit the Lyn™ then all problems are ready to rawk and roll.
With Lyn™ Fury™ she was originally supposed to be called adrena lyn "Adrenaline" but I had found out that disney was making use of this name in a cartoon show kimpossible - thus the name Lyn™ Fury™.
I figured this would be a nice change from the fuzzy furry flying mammanimals you have been currently seeing on yoyos, after all you see imagery like Lyn™ on cartoons comics and other various articles every day - why not bring it to a yoyo?
I thought this would be an original unique approach to a yoyo name and cap with a spy type chic on the cap, but if you don't like the cap or the name I'm hoping the play and price will well make up for that after all that is what I am most interested in offering the players.
Thanks guys

U guys are wierd. I think the lyn fury caps are friggin awesome. Lyn looks really wicked. I dunno whats up with all the controversy over this cap art. If u dont like it then dont use the cap, end of story. Personally I'm gonna buy two lyn furys for AAA since they're so cheap and then put theyo caps on one side and the lyn one on the other. Now i don't have to use a hitman and a big ben anymore.
Also, are there gonna be different colors? Two different colored yo's for AAA really helps in those kinky tricks. Anyway great job on the awesome yo and wicked awesome cap art JD. Keep up the great work

Blue lyn is a lot cooler looking than red for some reason (to me anyway). Not my favorite art, but not horrible either.
JD, what is the weight going to be? Like the Hitman? Or lighter?

Why is Blue Lyn on the other side versus the Red Lyn pic? Good vs. Evil? It draws more attention on that side, maybe that's why it looks cooler.

i like the graffiti cap. ill go graffiti on one side and theyo.com on the other. JD its not that i think the cap it ugly, cause i dont, its that i didnt understand why you would make up and name a character just to put on the side of a yoyo.

i fancy myself somewhat of an artist and i cant say i like the lyn pog. now when i saw theyo.com pog i said to myself "now that would look nice on the sides of a yo-yo and it took some skill to make". when i looked at the lyn pog art i honestly thought it was submitted by a young child. the hair, glasses and facial features just look like they were done by an amateur. i honesty mean no offense in this post i just think they could have done better.
on the other hand i strongly agree with the idea of making a name and a character to put on the side of a yo-yo. a yo-yo should be like a entity in and of itself. i do it with my own yo-yos, maybe ill post some pictures sometime.

I do believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion. Also i'm sure JD appreciates all feedback both positive and negative, as long as it's honest. But i cant help but feel that there is something juvenile about those comments on the character. Johnnie did say it was something new. In reality its just a step up from the nameless Hitman. Is it the femininity or something? Grow up.
Buy the Lyn Fury from the yo store. And just swap out whatever cap you dont like. Problem solved. I myself will swap out the graffiti cap for the yo store cap.

JD, I love the pogs, all three, the blue is especially cool. The effects with the light are great. These pogs are my favorite I'd say. Keep up the great work and thanks for making a special pog just for us
