What kind of oil you use for the bearing depends partially on whether you play responsive (the yoyo returns with a tug), or unresponsive (the yoyo requires a bind to return). For unresponsive play, any low-viscosity oil meant for lubrication should work (i.e. sewing machine oil, trumpet valve oil, fishing reel oil, etc), and you should use only sparingly (one drop should be plenty, and you don't need to lube very often). For responsive play, you can either just use more of the same lube, or you can try to find a more viscous oil. 3-in-1 oil works well, but I don't know if they sell that in Lebanon. I would stay away from oils not meant for lubrication (i.e. baby oil, cooking oil, etc). If you ever make an order from an online yoyo store, they have bearing lubes for both responsive and unresponsive play (usually labeled thick and thin lube, respectively), but those are not necessary if you have a locally available alternative.
Most modern brands play well. There are too many to list without leaving some off, and the best will vary from person to person based on personal preferences and budget. Most modern ball bearing yoyos get plenty of sleep time, and long sleepers are not really an issue. There are a few yoyos made specifically for long sleepers that can out-sleep most other yoyos, but they are not that popular because they are designed primarily for sleeping and not for doing tricks. Unless you want to enter long sleeper contests, you'd be better off with a yoyo designed with trick play in mind rather than just sleepers. If you want reviews on a specific yoyo, you can check the review section on this forum, including the linked reviews section, which has links to good reviews on blog sites. Checking the reviews should make sure you don't pick out a dud, but other than that you should be fine just looking for something in your price range that you think looks cool.
The most important maintenance you should have to perform is changing the string. Having plenty of spare strings is important. If you don't mind buying a lot of string, you can change them once they start to lose their springiness, or you can just keep an eye on your current string for signs of wearing and/or fraying before changing strings. You might also have to change the response from time to time. Most modern yoyos either have response pads or silicone response, both of which generally last pretty long, but it is good to have back-up pads or silicone just in case. If the yoyo has a narrow response groove, you can fill it with silicone, which you can probably find locally in a hardware or auto store. Otherwise, you can find the appropriate size of response pads online.
