Thread: Throw or Die - the Metal Lovers yo-yo club

Sup guys!
I still wanna start the Metal (as in music) yo-yo club, but honestly I just haven't had enough time recently to make another video. I guess this post is to just say that I am still into the metal club and I can't wait to release a new video under the name :)

I remember a lot of guys before were into this club idea, anyone still with me? Also there is the question "how metal is metal?" As in, "I like linkin park, is that hard-core enough?". Well honestly I am not some elitist when it comes to this stuff, as long as you like heavy music you are welcome in :)

besides alot of ambient...

I thaught the name was Flame Throwers.. (I was the inventor of that name)
If not, then I wanna use it for my own team.

I think this is a little odd that we can be on a team be cause we all listen to metal.. dont you think? hehe...

lots of clubs have requirements and if the one for this club is listening to metal then im all for it.sadly i have little to no skills but its a great idea to me.

Metal isn´t my main style of music, but I like Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment and Neal Morse. I have also noticed that you´ve used Prodigy in a video, which is, in my opinion, kickass music!

....Suffocation, Circle Takes The Square, Floor, Kumite, Napalm Death, Cannibal Corpse, Immortal, Children of Bodom, At The Gates, Crestfallen, Crowpath, Pig Destroyer, I Would Set Myself On Fire For You, Dillinger Escape Plan, and Deicide....to name a few.

Every Time I Die, Dillinger Escape Plan, Converge, Shadows Fall, Neglect, Breather Resist, As I lay Dying, Zao, Slayer, AHHHH TOO many to name. I listen to mostly metal.

Well really the only requirment is that you are into metal and when you release videos that are under the TOD name you have metal for a soundtrack.

Doubleyou: yeah the name WAS flame throwers, but after some thought it went back to TOD, you are welcome to do with flame throwers as you wish (of course it was always yours anyway).

As far as skill goes, I don't think there should be any requirements. We all started out somewhere, so it makes no sense to not let people in just because they can't do certain tricks YET. If anyone Lives in the Los angeles area we can get together and throw while listening to metal, but otherwise we will just be a worldwide club. Let me metal live on!

BTW, I hear by swear I will make a new video soon, I have some cool tricks I wanna show off.

aphex twins and shadow arent ambient, more like trip-hop, but they are still . especially shadow, man shadow is one hell of a skilled DJ/Producer. if u want ambient, check out Global Communication, Harold Budd, and of course, THE ORB!!!
