i agree with yossarian
did you just add the neon glow?(i mean after the skull and everything)
i was playing with that effect myself earlier.

Pretty much yeah. It liked how it looked on the white, which it turned to black.

what did you use to do the glow affect specifically which tool in PS (i assume you are using PS XD )

I'm wearing the shirt right now. I was in a hurry so the logo isn't straight but it still looks awesome even more so.
