Spirit Bomb help

Hey, ive been workin on the spirit bomb for a couple days now, and i can get to the setup of the first pop up...but im having trouble actually getting my hand to tag the string its supposed to get...it almost seems as if im not popping it up high enough or something. Basically when i pop it up and i *mess* up, i end up with my hands still in the same place...not crossed. Is there a way to get to the next step in a quick motion without having to pop the yo yo really high ( which i cant seem to do ). Um, basically...i just need some other descriptions etc. Any help will be apreciated. Thanx guys.

p.s. im ordering a hit man in a week or 2! wahoo

Anyways, get into a wrist mount and think of it like the 1.5 from Buddha tricks... do that "step 4" motion and you'll be in the same spot for the 2nd pop...

A lot quicker and simpler way to get to where ya need to practice.
