Split the Atom

Argh! I can't do split the atom! I watch the video on yomega.com, which is pretty good, but he does it too fast in the middle.

I do a split bottom mount, then I rotate it, but he loses me after that. I just do stuff randomly and then I flip it around a few times, but it always spins out. Sometimes I land it though, but I don't get that feeling inside that I learned a new trick. I'm doing it wrong. Could someone please tell me step-to-step how to do it, or direct me to a site with pictures and instructions? Thanks

purplecows the yomega way is not the right way to do it.Ken's is the proper way.

I think you're talking about atom smasher. STA starts with a skin the cat mount and an under pass, not a split bottom mount. See KWOS as mentioned by others here.
