    so...

    x=patriot poly carb half
    y=kickside delerin half
    z=another yoyo half

    x= 27 grams
    y= 29 grams

    x is 2.3 mL larger than y
    or
    y is 2.3 mL smaller than x

    what would z (being 27 grams of poly carb) weigh if it was the same size but delrin?

    youd need to know what excactly the ml is for each half and you also said that z weighs 27 g as a polycarb, and it is delrin?

    u need to give us the total volumes of the x and y halves so that we can find the density of delerin and know the volume of the poly carb half. once u find the density of delerin, and the volume of the poly carb half, just plug it into:
    Density of delerin = z / Volume of poly carb half
    solve for z, z being the "weight"(mass) of a yoyo half the same "size"(volume) of the poly carb half, but made of delerin.

    mL is a unit of volume. I'm sure you can just go from there. Yeah.

    the density of delrin (from y) = 29g / 2.3 mL = 12.609 g/mL
    so you just use that to figure out the volume of z in delrin would be 27 g / 12.609 g/mL = 2.14 mL

    but hes asking for the weight of z, not the volume. and 2.3mL is the difference in volume, dont u need the total volume to find density?
